Lea Halborg, Manager of Redhead, is a Business Mentor with the Potentia Lone Parents & Womens Project covering the Vale of Glamorgan & Powys. This project is supported by the Welsh Assembly Government and aims to help individuals explore their ideas to enable them to move forward with an idea and turn it into a viable and successful business.
